DnB Allstars at Printworks
DnB Allstars closed out Printworks London with a show built for the venue’s 20-foot-plus LED wall. More Eyes Studio brought us in to design and animate the full visuals package.
We built a library of 3D and 2D hero elements and backgrounds in the event’s red-on-black identity: chains, concrete, neon logo variants and a motion-captured figure that moves with the music. Each piece was made to hold up at the scale of the Printworks screen and to cut between artists across a long night.
Printworks' main screen is more than six metres high and the crowd stands right under it, so the hero elements were modelled and lit to hold at that scale: chains, concrete, neon logo variants and a motion-captured figure that moves with the music.
The package was built as a library rather than a single film: loops, backgrounds and logo stings in one red-on-black identity, cut live across a long night of different artists.
