Sky Glass Gen 2 screensaver

A screensaver has one job: hold a room’s attention without asking for it. For the second generation of Sky Glass we explored a set of concepts built on refractive glass forms and slow colour gradients, designed to sit on a television for hours at a time.

The loops were modelled, lit and rendered in Cinema 4D and Redshift, with the colour drawn from the Sky palette so the screensaver reads as part of the product rather than something playing on it.
